Ok . My ipads not even 2 years old yet, it's a 7th gen and was great. Now it won't charge, it just reboots over and over and I can't get it to connect to iTunes to try to do a hard reset. I've don't the home button & screen button to reset but nothing works. Am I totally screwed on this ?

I have. We even took it to a repair place and they put a new battery on it but it still just loops on the apple logo
I've mentioned that I've done that as well. It will not leave this screen and I can not connect to iTunes to see if there's an update . It only does this over and over
