Ipad won’t wake up using keyboard

This is in reply to ipad users using keyboards that won’t wake up you ipad. Try this, it works great on my ipad gen 9 and Fintie keyboard. In settings forget your keyboard then reinstall it. Then turn off ipad using side button. start up ipad again. This resets the ipad to wake up using either your keyboard space bar or home button. If keyboard not used for more than 15 minutes it may take a few seconds for keyboard to rewake. If you install ipad updated software you will have to do this procedure again.
