I am watching Defending Jacob and it's not playing the 4th episode. It is giving me a message indicating my internet is not working, which in fact it absolutely is...any ideas?

If you can, try watching a few seconds on a different device, then continue on the intended device. Does that work for you?
Verify that you are using a normally functioning DNS server on your router, that gets updated with all the server host names that Apple and its CDN might make use of. Advised is the regular DNS of your ISP.
