Purchase error

I’ve been trying to purchase something for sometime now, It keep saying that ,,Purchase could not be completed” now I’ve tried many many methods, restarting my device, logging out, updating as well which took roughly 2 hours and lastly my payment method does not matter since I’m using redeemable codes, so this is really my last option.


I really hope u guys can help me with this tysm
