Can’t receive landline calls

Hi guys, I’ve had in iPhone 8 and I’ve noticed I wasn’t receiving calls from landlines so I got the iPhone 13 (I was due for an upgrade) but I got the same problem. I’m not receiving calls from landlines, when they call me they just get a busy tone( it does not go to voicemail) I’ve reset the network settings, turn the phone off and on. But still the same thing. The network I’m using is cricket. Anyone can help? Thanks

Thanks. I’ve called them yesterday, they had me reset network settings, and said they’ll call me back in 10 min. They never did I guess they tried to call me back from a landline :-))). I’ll call them back when I have another phone with me so I don’t have to hang up every time they have me reset something.
