iPhone 13 Pro Horrible Photos

I just upgraded my iPhone from the X to the 13 Pro and was so excited to use the fancy new camera but have been horrified by how godawful the photos are. How do I stop this auto-editing by the camera app? I have tried RAW, not raw, checked that there are no filters on, checked my settings, I’ve done everything I can and still these photos look godawful. I’m extremely disappointed and would appreciate help or Apple listening to their customer’s complaints and doing something about this!!

(I went to a small concert and took photos of the performing who’s a skinny old man of about 83 and when I went to check my gallery he had been transformed into this horrible, smoothed over ghoul-like creature!! :( Awful, just awful. Let me tell, you Gordon Lightfoot did NOT look like THAT. He’s so smoothed over that even his clothing looked weird and painted. I hate this. I’ve added an example image, but it’s one of the better ones because I don’t even want to show the worst ones- they just looking insultingly awful.)

As I said, I have tried everything- that includes looking at the advanced settings. This is not helpful, and it is obvious looking at other people's reviews, questions, and complaints about the iPhone 13 camera that this is a problem everyone is having and is extremely annoyed and disappointed with. I thank you for your help, but your reply was not useful.

Also, I find it very funny that the only buttons available to give feedback are "Helpful" and "This solved my question."
