macOS Server Mail stopped receiving mail but can send

Around 3 weeks ago my mail server stopped receiving mail.

My DNS records are correct.

telnet mydomain.com (110 and 993) both connect.

Im able to send still.

If I send mail to myself while on the local network I'm able to receive.

Where should I be looking to resolve this?

Mac mini, macOS 10.12

Can you telnet to port 25 externally (ie: outside of your private network) to the ISP assigned (hopefully fixed) public IP address? If you can't then check the port forwarding rules in your router/firewall. If they're correct then reset your router/firewall and set up the rules again. if that still does not work then replace the router/firewall.

Good luck
