QuickLookUIService not responding

Don't know if Safari reloading pages constantly has anything to do with this as well, but my MacBook has become pretty useless now (working with the Chrome browser which doesn't give any reloading problems at all). Tried restarting MacBook, force quitting QuickLookUIService etc. to no avail.

I am not happy.
