I am trying to add a pass to my wallet and it just keep coming up with 'Apple Pay services are currently unavailable'. I have added my bank cards to the wallet with no issue. so far I have done a soft reset, made sure the phone is updated to the most recent iOS, signed out and back in of my account. It is a brand new iphone13 purchased yesterday. The pass I am trying to add, was in the wallet on my old phone but has disappeared. any ideas?

Apple’s System Status page→Apple - Support - System Status says that Apple Cash is currently not available. That should only affect setting up Apple Cash, however. Is that what you are trying to do?

What country are you currently located in? You can double check to make sure Apple Pay is available here - Countries and regions that support Apple Pay
