Iphone 13pro camera glitch

Does your camera work normally inside the iOS Camera app? If it does, we'd recommend the steps found here to troubleshoot third-party apps: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open.

Close and reopen the app

Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

Restart your device

Check for updates

Delete the app, then redownload it

Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

I have an iPhone 13. I've been having the same problem for about 2-3 months. When I open the front and rear cameras, there is a horizontal glitch in the middle of the screen. I called Apple support 2-3 times. I was told to soft reset the phone over the computer and I did. but nothing changed. I'm taking it in for service next week.

Hello, I am a Filipino too. Pinalitan po ba nila yung phone nyo? If yes, naging okay po ba? Ano po sinabi nyo para palitan nila? Sabi kasi sakin Software issues daw and they are asking me to pay certain amount of fee for that when I just bought the phone yesterday. Thank you.

i have 13 too and apple already replaced my old device to new but the glitch still appear on my whatsapp. there is nothing we can do except hoping the problem will be solve after update to latest OS later

Yes! I can’t claim the warranty because this iPhone is from the USA, and I’m in Indonesia 😅 just hoping the new iOS will fix this a.s.a.p.

I have the same issue and bought my Iphone 13 pro for less than a month. Such a bummer.. Hopefully the new IOS will fix this too.
