Iphone 13pro camera glitch

Close and reopen the app

Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

Restart your device

Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.

Check for updates

To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.

Delete the app, then redownload it

Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

Have you try bring it to apple service? Since in my condition, the glitch start from whatsapp but now on instagram, twitter, and facebook too.

I have an iPhone 13. I've been having the same problem for about 2-3 months. When I open the front and rear cameras, there is a horizontal glitch in the middle of the screen. I called Apple support 2-3 times. I was told to soft reset the phone over the computer and I did. but nothing changed. I'm taking it in for service next week.

i have 13 too and apple already replaced my old device to new but the glitch still appear on my whatsapp. there is nothing we can do except hoping the problem will be solve after update to latest OS later

Just for sure. My iPhone has no problem with main camera app.. only with 3rd party apps like messenger, viber, what’s up, instagram. Apple says that maybe it’s a software bug… I don’t know…

Also with my gf iphone 13 pro

ill contact apple today for a replacement, its a brand new phone. 😞

They can’t replace the phone since it’s a 3rd party application problem, they say that the apps is not yet fully optimized that’s why it’s happening

At first they told me the same. but the second time i complaint about the glitch since my friend’s phone has no prob. they called me after 2 days that they will replace the phone

Just wait for OS update, since apple keep pointing to software bugs.

Hello, I am a Filipino too. Pinalitan po ba nila yung phone nyo? If yes, naging okay po ba? Ano po sinabi nyo para palitan nila? Sabi kasi sakin Software issues daw and they are asking me to pay certain amount of fee for that when I just bought the phone yesterday. Thank you.
