can't use the Airpods PRO with HP laptop Elitebook with Windows 10

the Airpods Pro aren't able to connect to HP laptop through the BT. All drivers are updated but after pairing , the airpods lose the connection.

Refresh Bluetooth:

  1. Enable: Bluetooth (if already enabled, then disable it, and then enable it).
  2. Restart: your PC
  3. Log back in seeing if these connect.

To connect your headphones to a non Apple device, first of all make sure that the AirPods are placed in their case. Next close then open the lid then hold the button down on the rear of the case for 3-5 seconds until the status light starts flashing white on and off on and off continuously. The AirPods are now in paring mode. Over on your laptop, your AirPods should pop up, click on the name and connect them. Hope this works, any questions please feel free to leave a comment.
