Refresh Bluetooth:

1. Enable: Bluetooth (if already enabled, then disable it, and then enable it).
2. Restart: your PC
3. Log back in seeing if these connect.

To connect your headphones to a non Apple device, first of all make sure that the AirPods are placed in their case. Next close then open the lid then hold the button down on the rear of the case for 3-5 seconds until the status light starts flashing white on and off on and off continuously.
