iCloud Storage

How can I access and see what is backed up in my iCloud storage. I have 42.37 GB in backup but I don't know what is there and if I need it. I am just about out of overall storage space (50GB). I have removed all the apps I do not need and am not backing up most of the others. I have deleted pictures and old texts. Any suggestions would be great. I think I might be able to delete the storage from my old iPhone but don't want to try that without knowing what is there. Thanks!

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

You cannot view the contents of iCloud Backups but you can view the name of each device and size and the date of the last backup. See information in Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support
