Iphone 11 suddenly has inverted colors and lines

My phone suddenly had lines and the colors are inverting and fading for unknown reasons. The homescreen is also fading into every screen i open. It wasnt dropped or had contact with any liquids. What could be the problem? How much would it cost to fix it?

My phones screen color is inverted but settings doesn’t change anything, something is wrong with my phone itself and also a screen is stuck behind what I’m viewing so for example if I look at an app and leave it, it shows it in the background after Today was 100 degrees and I decided to go in the pool, my phone was right next to me and it didn’t get sum water on it a bit but it wasn’t anything major, the phone was also out on the sun I know dumb but it was working perfectly fine for an hour but out of nowhere it started acting all crazy with the inverted colors and app screens not going away. I have an iPhone 11 I’m updating it right now but I’m still not sure it’s the iphone itself or a bug

iPhone 15 Pro max overall big issue - purple pixelated glitch Today, after 14 days of using, when somebody called, the phone started to do purple pixelated glitch over the screen. After few minutes, it got worse and then became totally unusable. Soft reset didn`t help. Factory reset also - what could be the issue? Phone have never been into water or been dropped/bend in any way (it is not mechanical issue). Everything is laggy. I managed to take a screenshot, where were some pixels missing (in the photo). Also i was able to take a picture with this iPhone and the picture was only red/blue mess (somehow inverted colors).
