Hello all!
I recently bought an Apple Watch off of someone and it seems to be locked. I’ve tried to get the owners old info and he says he does not remember his information and got a Samsung Watch instead. That was very strange, so I tried factory setting the Watch and asks for their Apple ID. Is there anything else I can do?

Really sad to hear this sad news but i have a best recommendations for you. please don't repair it. You know why? because this will decrease your cost in future. but you can now return it and get a new one or get your money back. i hope will be the best choice for you. I hope it helps.
Return it to them and get your money back.
The person that you bought/got this watch from needs to follow all the steps in this link;
Remove the Activation Lock so that the buyer can use it.
If they can't or won't then get your money back or recycle the watch and mark it down as a bad experience.
