I cannot access apps on my phone with I’d and or password I’ve tried resetting but doesn’t help

It sounds as though those apps were downloaded and installed when the phone was signed-into by another Apple ID
IF that is the case you will have to delete and reinstall the apps from App store using your own Apple ID, No need to reset anything

This phone will not allow me to reset my password so I can use certain apps on my phone and I don’t have access to a computer so what is my Apple ID and password
