Forgotten password

I have an iPhone that I used for just a short time and went back to a android phone shortly after opening an apple account. The android phone got distorted and I went back to the iPhone but I forgot all my password info and I’m unable to change it to a new account or be able to download new apps. How do I change my password or change the account on my phone without access to my old phone number or old google account at anything like that?
