On IPad keep getting message saying technical difficulty try reloading page I have to get out of facebook go to different sight then go back to facebook

Then I would believe this to be an app issue. Follow the troubleshooting steps here, If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support

If you are experiencing a problem with a single website, contact that company to see if there is a problem with their website. Have you tried on a different browser? Have you tried clearing your History and website data?

Also, are you using Facebook on a browser, or the Facebook app?
