Sent email recovery
Is there anyway to recover deleted sent emails from several years ago?

Check your Trash folder in your email account. If it does not exist there, then there is no way. Your email provider is the one that controls that. If you don't empty the trash folder it may be there, but many providers purge those folders after a period of time.
