Error code 0xE800000A

I connected iPad 9 (iOS15.4.1) to Windows7 through cable, then tried to synchronize on iTunes 12.6.2.20, but failed while iTunes is searching for iPad 9 with the error code 0xE800000A.

In case of iPod touch 7 (iOS15.4.1), it is OK.

Looking at that iTunes error you provided, I looked that up. I don't see it listed there, but you can see this and see if the information about the 0xE listed there helps you. Find an iTunes or Finder error code - Apple Support

Thank you very much!

My old Windows 7 PC does not allow me to upgrade it to Windows10 and even the latest iTunes version.

However, I got much progress today.

I prepared for the old backup of my Windows7 environment, then stopped anti-virus software, then Windows7 and iTunes smoothly recognized my new iPad9!

So I tried to synchronize it on iTunes.

But it aborted with the unknown error code -42018 just after around the local backup.

Nothing was imported from iTunes to my iPad9 so far.
