I am trying to purchase and download music on my macbook; the itunes store where such purchases are made does not show a place to click on the price -- as I have done many times over the years -- to purchase this music. All the searches say to click on preview and then I will get a purchase link but that isn't the case; all i get are options to sign up for Apple music, which I do not want
In Music Preferences make sure Show iTunes Store is ticked. When keying in the Search Field ensure iTunes Store is selected in top right:
Try Get Support top right on this page. I have read other few posts like yours, and am not sure how it was resolved.
Thank you but this didn't help. In my iTunes display iTunes Store isn't in top right, and it is selected. The option to purchase Kacey Musgrave's latest album does not exist on the screen, only a choice to preview, which when I click it gives me multiple options to start an Apple Music trial. I appreciate your attempt to help me.
