My iPhone 7 doesn't have any service even after updating the latest software (15.1 I believe) and resetting it, and now I can't activate my phone since its saying I still need an update. Anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing this issue?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
Settings > Battery > Battery Health
...And is there an "Important Battery Message" there? [Ref: Apple]
