My settings go straight to the card I no longer have and doesn’t give me an option to change it

My apple payment is past due, I no longer have the card that is on file. I’ve tried to change it but it doesn’t gove the option to add another card and goes straight to the one I no longer have

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 15

Please contact 👉 Apple Support if the information in this link 👉 Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods does not work.
