How do I get rid of old card that Apple says has payment due which is incorrect
How do I get rid of old card that Apple says has payment due which is incorrect. I cannot enter new card because apple says payment is due on old card.

You cannot delete a card if a payment is due. You must add a new one first that can be charged to complete payment. Once that is done you can remove the other card.
