Hi,

No, each file only "counts" once. It's just a record/listing of Recents. To see a file's actual location, select it and Get Info/Command I.

iCloud back-up Having 2Gb storage, I'm curious as to why some desktop folders have an iCloud icon after the folder title and some don't e.g. my 'Accounts' folder does but my '**JOB Folders**' folder doesn't. Also I assume that only folders within either Desktop and Documents folders are backed-up. Appreciate all responses.

Recents folder my recents folder never gets any smaller. So if I download something new and want to go to the recents folder to find it, I have to dig through thousands of files. If I clear this folder, are the files still stored where I saved them? Or does deleting it int the recent folder delete it altogether from the hd?
