Yes it say OS X 10.10 ( Yosemite ) or higher but that version of OS X was released October 16, 2014
Yosemite Applications supports 32 Bit Application and Catalina macOS 10.15, Big Sur macOS 11 and Monterey 12 ONLY SUPPORT 64 Bit eventhing
I think this is a problem the developer is going to have to solve. Developers are responsible for making their app work with Apple products not the other way around.
