i am connected to cellular data but nothing works

iPhone 11 on ios 15. I am connected to cellular data but nothing works. I get alerts for online applications but then when I go to that application nothing loads at all. When I try to send pictures or videos they load very very slowly and send just as slowly. When I try to upload things to my Box they won't upload at all.
