Internet not working, but Wi-Fi does? Even after phone change.
My phone all of a sudden doesn’t seem to load anything on lte or 5g. Everything works properly on Wi-Fi, so after I even bought a new iPhone 13 it still does this?

If the issue persists with a new device, then it sounds more like a carrier issue than a hardware issue to me.
