Iphone 11: shows no internet even when connected to working wifi or cellular network

iphone 11 shows no internet connection even when connected to wifi or i switch to my mobile data. This happens every now and then and am forced to restart my phone to connect it to internet again. Please help if anyone has any idea on how to fix it.

iPhone 11, iOS 16

go to settings>general>reset>and reset your network settings.
