What is Oracle America inc. as an extension?

I just updated my computer to Monterey 12.3., my computer let me know that Oracle America is a legacy extension. And would no longer support up coming updates to the computer. Now my computer is only 5 years young. What can I do to be able to update higher, without purchasing a brand new computer? Just to have to buy another one in 5 years. I don't have that type of money to be throwing around.
