I have entered wrong passcode on my iPhone 6S Plus (iOS8) for 10 times and it is disabled. I've tried to restore it using iTunes by the disk is full and could not be restored. I've tried to erase using Find My Iphone but seem that it not connect to wifi so the erase request does not work.
What should I do to restore my iPhone?

You don't update, you put the device in recovery mode as outlined in the link provided by Sravanka.

After click Restore button, it requires Restore and Update, and show error after download and extracting the software
