How do you move phots from a shared album into you library without duplicating the photos that you added to shared library? Is the photo quality the same when a picture is downloaded from shared library as a photo airdropped or texted?

Photos added to a share album are copies of the ones in your main library, and will normally be reduced size and quality.

So if you copy them back to your library, they will be duplicates with that lower size/quality.

An airdropped photo will normally be full size. Texted photos - depends on the system doing the sending.
