Missing youtube app's left side menu bar on main dashboard

As of today my Youtube app started to intermittently display message "No internet connection" and after restarting the app did not stop behavior, restarted Apple TV which resulted in disappearing left side menu. Also reinstalled Youtube app and still see no left side menu.

All other apps work fine and when I get Youtube app closing streaming with the "no internet connection" menu, I do not detect any network outage when looking at diagnostics logs.
