After update I cant download Itunes and my Ipad is disabled

My business uses Ipads for each of our technicians. One of them is disabled and on the home screen it states " Ipad is disabled connect to Itunes". But I can't connect because my latest update on my Desktop is a new version and doesn't support Itunes.

If your desktop is a Mac with the latest macOS, it uses Finder instead of iTunes for that. See instructions in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211078
