Plus button is not coming up in top left hand corner
My iPad is updated to IOS15 but the + is still not available for me to add widgets :( please help me to understand why this is happening!

Hi Wigglyjiggly,
You provided information that says that you're running iOS 14 on an iPad Air 3. You want to make sure you're running the latest software in Settings > General > Software Update. The plus sign will be available in the upper-left corner of iPad when you touch and hold on an empty area of the Home screen as mentioned in Use widgets on your iPad.
