at what point do I insert/transfer my SIM card to my new iPhone?
transferring everything from my iPhone 7 to a new iPhone 13. At what point do I insert the SIM card in the iPhone 13?

If you are going to use your SIM card (on some carriers that old of a SIM card may not work with 5G) do it before you start the transfer.
