Hi,
I have been downloading my photos and videos using Photos.
I was trying to find the folder where all the files were saved.
I found the Pictures Folder/Files...but when I clicked on the Photo Library, all my Photos and Videos disappeared and was replaced with some pictures that were saved in the Photo Library.
Any help would be appreciated!

Your pictures that are stored in the Photos app will appear in a Photos Library file rather than as individual image files.
