I can connect using MS Remote Desktop on my iMac but not my iPad Air-4.

I have no problem connecting to a Windows 10 pc (on my local network) when I connect from my Mac desktop or my Mac laptop but when I try from my iPad I get the infamous “unable to connect”. When using my desktop I am wired to my router (the Windows pc is also wired). When I use my Mac laptop, I am wireless (using the same Wi-Fi AP as when I try it’s my iPad). No problem with the laptop but “unable to connect” from the iPad. Obviously all of the setting are fine on the windows pc since I can connect via other computers. Same with any firewall settings on my router. I have Remote desktop configured the exact same on all devices (using the local IP address for the windows pc).

It’s something specific with the iPad. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Steve
