Getting "idmsa.apple.com refused to connect" when trying to log into apple TV+

Using just updated Chrome browser on Windows 11. It used to work fine.

If you haven't already, quit the Chrome browser and restart your computer as fresh connections can resolve many odd issues. If the behavior continues, clear your browsing history as something there could be causing this alert. Here's a great guide from Google Chrome Help with those steps, just in case: View & delete your Chrome browsing history


If you're still having an issue, do you use a VPN or security software? If so, those can block connections. You'll want to temporarily disable those or remove them to see if that helps. If that does help, reach out to those app developers to have them look into this more: How to contact an app developer
