New to Spectrum Network, not delivering/receiving calls or texts

I recently switched from Verizon to Spectrum.

Everything from the price and network has been great. However, when i switched i wasnt getting all of my text/calls, especially from people calling/texting with androids.

We called spectrum, they were able to walk us through a few steps to do a network reset. I thought it made a difference, but the next day I would have someone telling me they were trying to call me, but i still wasnt getting it on my end.

I kept reading articles of how to fix this, and these were the suggestions:

1. Network Reset
2. Check if MMS is on
3. Force Shutdown
4. Update Software
5. Turn off cellular data, after minute turn it back on
6. Make sure airplane mode is off

After doing all of these things, it still didn’t work!

It wasn’t until I did the following steps, I was able to text pictures and videos to android users:

settings > cellular data turn off > back to settings main menu > general > transfer or reset iphone > reset > reset network settings

The apple symbol will come on with a bar loading. Allow your phone to do its thing and it will reset.

Hopefully, after trying this specific method, it will finally work? If not, please keep trying with phone carrier or specifically with Apple.
