Unable to type capital letters on my MacBook Pro

Hello apple I am not able to type capital letters in my MacBook or laptop from your company can you pls help me out

Second capitalized Since I've had Macs, I always was confronted with a VERY annoying problem of capitalizing the second letter. It happens on all applications. I start a sentence with a cap and the second letter gets capitalized as well. I have to pause for a few seconds to avoid this repeated behaviour. I type a lot ans it is... it is, very annoying... It happens on all devices all systems. Really! HOw can I stop that? But most of all why is it happening? Thanks for considering this issue! DAn

Does use of the Shift or Caps Lock key allow any key to capitalize or is the situation universal?
