Pirrit is Adware, not a virus.
Read this and see if you are able to remove Pirrit FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY APPS THE ARTICLE OFFERS YOU DON'T NEED THEM
I found this article https://www.threatonmac.com/get-rid-of-remove-macos-pirrit-da-pup-completely/ that contains some locations and examples of the names of this particular virus. It does not hurt to see if you have any of them in your system.
the locations are:
~/Library/Application Support/
/private/var/folders/7d/7skpstwd7qnctfwpwp7225xw0000gn/
~/Library/CheckTime/CheckTime.app/Contents/MacOS/CheckTime ~/Library/SysUpdater/SysUpdater.app/Contents/MacOS/SysUpdater ~/Library/UpdateData/UpdateData.app/Contents/MacOS/UpdateData
And remember you do not need to download any third party software to fix the issue!
False Positive for a useless Application.
Any Third Party Applications that will interfere with the normal operation of the OS, alter, modify, remove or delete or attempt to do so is an invitation for disaster and may require a Reinstallation of the OS in-order to replace any modified, altered, removed or corrupted elements of the OS this software has inflected on this computer
Although some or all of these Applications maybe available on the Apple Apps Store, it does not mean Apple has verified what exactly the Application can do, does do or is doing to the Computer. That responsibility is left to the User to perform their due diligence on the Application before purchasing and installing it.
Any of the below should be removed as per Developers Instructions
This includes AntiVirus, Disk Cleaners, Disk Optimizes, UnInstaller etc.
This will include CleanMyMac , This will include BitDefender ,
This will included Norton Antivirus , Sophos Av Software
Intego AntiVirus, McAfee, MacKeeper,<<< Avast AntiVirus <<<<
The The Built in Security is all that is required.

Then Avast is making a mistake. Useless app. Don't need it, get rid of it.

Pirrit does exist. However, the developers of your antivirus app don’t seem to know basic details of how the operating system works. It is scanning read-only Apple system file locations. There are Apple Silicon firmware updates.
I checked for all of those and have none, Bitdefender + Malwarebytes said I have nothing, is it safe to say it was a false report? I haven't changed my Avast for Arm chips and its still on intel so..., I'm guessing thats the problem.

Definitely

That's not the problem.
Nothing comes up with malwarebytes...

Yes.
So, I'm assuming it's ok because I scanned with Bitdefender + Malwarebytes and nothing came up.
