I have tried to charge my watch with different chargers, and different outlets and it remains on the red light. My watch will not charge any longer and I am still paying on it. What should I do?

If it’s still under limited warranty it is supposed to be repaired free of charge. However I have just had my repair refused as the screen is also scratched. It seems they will not honour the warranty for repairs without the customer paying for a new screen whether they want/need one or not.
I'm not able to examine your watch so I really can't say, Apple technicians examine them all the time. Only thing you can do at this point is to call AppleCare back and either ask for a supervisor or to be transferred to Customer Service.
I would guess that you screen is not only scratched but is has small fissures and the frame is damaged hence your warranty is voided. I assume since you posted here that you have the same problem with charging?
Yes it’s stopped charging / working. The scratches are not visible when wearing and using the Watch and don’t affect the visibility of the apps etc. . Support did not say the frame was damaged just the scratches. Not a year old but I can’t have it repaired without paying for a new screen I don’t want to or need. I imagine a lot of people have scratches and would find the same.
I have done all that. They will not fix it. Won’t even try unless I pay in advance and yet the scratches might not even be a problem. But If the OP has a scratch less screen they should get the fault done free of charge.
