The date on my phone says the current date but the year saying 2354BE and I can’t change it

The year on my phone is 2345BE

How do I change it

Your iPhone is set to the wrong calendar (it's set to the Buddhist calendar and not the Gregorian calendar).

Go to -> Settings -> General> -> Language and Region -> Calendar.

Change from Buddhist to Gregorian.
