Getting music from an old device

I have my old ihone 6 & im wanting to get all my music off it onto my itunes so i can transfer it all onto my new phone. What is the best way to do this, im just affraid that ill loose everything if i update. Its on ios 12

How to move music without a computer I recently upgraded from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 12. The only music that transferred was music I bought directly from Apple (not much) I had almost 500 songs that I downloaded from old CDs that I owned. How do I get it from my old phone to my new phone without having a computer. My laptop died and don’t have access to another one. Help??!!

transfering music from old iphone to new iphone what si the easiest way to copy your music from yoir old iphone to a new iphone. im a techie and still cant seem to get this.

Syncing is from Mac to iPhone, not the other way. You just need to restore the new device from a backup of the old one.
