Logitech doorbell camera timer refreshes only when you open up Home app

Oh another thing I realize that the Logitech doorbell camera timer sometimes refreshes only when you open up the homeapp and touch the camera tab

HomeKit Apple TV 'Camera Stream Limit Reached' When I first installed my Logitech Circle cameras they worked beautifully. I would get notifications on my tv and it would show live video for a few seconds. After a while the video started to become choppy and now I just get a still image alert. When I try to open the alert it tells me that the camera stream limit has been reached. Just recently I purchased a Logitech doorbell. It was the only device that worked perfectly. As of yesterday it started behaving just like the other cameras where I only get a still image notification. Pretty frustrating. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

My new Netatmo Doorbell camera stopped working can someone help please ? from apple online store I bought 1 netatamo doorbell camera it worked for 3 weeks but stopped working yesterday , when open home app it just says no response , this camera is not responding , I turned power off and deleted from home app , reinstalled it but its still not responding , only doorbell works ,, no camera has anyone had this problem ? Logitech Circle 2 Doorbell - HomeKit secure video Installed the Logitech Circle View Doorbell. Operated perfectly, then on the 10th day it stopped recording. Contacted Logitech support first without resolving the problem. Contacted Apple support and reviewed the complete setup. They decided it was defective and returned it to Apple. Two days later I received the new replacement Logitech Circle View doorbell, installed it. The replacement doorbell does not record. I have reviewed on this Apple Website other Logitech Cameras have had the same problem. I tried all of the recommended solutions that worked for other people without success. I’m open to suggestions please. Thanks

If you look around the inter webs and on Logitech this has been oft mentioned. Since the source is from the camera I would start there.
