2021 M1 MacBook Pro battery life drains fast

So much hype around the battery life of these, and mine seems worse than my old 2015 MacBook Pro running the same stuff...

Any help or more details I can provide? Thanks!

The current stable release of Monterey including bug fixes, is macOS 12.3.1
