Yes, you can use your Microsoft 365 credentials to sign in on different devices.
The Microsoft FAQ here - under the heading Download and install Microsoft 365 or Office - says
Microsoft 365 Personal subscribers can install on multiple PCs/Macs, tablets, and phones, including Windows, iOS, and Android, for 1 user.
Family subscriptions allow multiple devices for up to six users.
