Is possible to get your data back from a disabled iPhone11 in 2022 without iTunes and iCloud backups ? By providing iPhone bill, Apple ID, passwords and passcode also.

Unfortunately no.


The only way to recover a disabled phone is to reset (erase) it and then restore it from a backup.


If there is no backup, the data is unrecoverable.


Keep in mind that the data on the phone is encrypted. Even if it were to be extracted, it’s STILL encrypted; and the system is designed to ONLY allow decryption to occur ON the device itself.
