Sign out of deleted account

I deleted my daughters Apple ID because I entered her age wrong when I set it up and it was showing her as 7 instead of 14. It said it would take up to 7 days and her account would still be active until it was deleted. She signed back into her phone for access to Apple Music and the account was deleted while She was still signed in on her phone and now can’t sign out how do I sign her out so she can create a new Apple
