Hello everyone,
I have a shared mailbox of office 365.
I was succesfull with adding it to my mail app from apple with 2FA disabled.
But as soon as I enable 2FA again, I cant add my shared mailbox to my mail app.
Is it possible that the mail app blocks the 2FA step?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Are you using Two-Factor authentication for your Office 365 mailbox? If so, you may need to generate an app password to sign in and use the Mail app.
You''l want to go to the Security Basics page and sign into your Microsoft account > Select More security options. Under App Password, select create a new app password. Enter that password when adding your email account to the Mail app and see if this continues to occur.
